Employees, members and friends of Long Beach Tennis Center learned to save lives at a free CPR and AED training class at the club. Working with Forever 9-The Robbie Levine Foundation, LBTC offered the program to help participants learn how to do CPR and use AEDs (Automated Externall Defibrillators), which are commonly found in businesses, sports fields, public events, etc. The hands-on training session concluded with each participant receiving their two-year CPR certification. The Robbie Levine Foundation works to increase awareness of the need for and importance of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) in saving lives, particularly in youth athletics, and to provide free AED and CPR training programs and supply AEDs to youth sports programs.
